Error Code 404 while opening Web Service Navigator

Hi,

We have one web service that we need to test through web service navigator. We are trying to access the WS Navigator through the following link in SOAMANAGER for the concerned web service: 'OPEN WEB SERVICE NAVIGATOR FOR SELECTED BINDING'. We are getting the following HTTP 404 error:

'Service cannot be reached.'

'The termination occured in system RDC with error code 404 and for the reason Not Found.'

'The selected virtual host was 0.'

We already got the role SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN assigned through PFCG transaction, but still we are getting the same error. Kindly advise what we may be missing here.
